Great news — we recently hosted a Seniors Training Day across Thorncliffe, Oldfield House, and Oldfield Manor, led by two brilliant people: Donna Parker and Marie Sears!

Donna, our Registered Manager at Oldfield Manor and Marie Sears, both veterans of Crown Care Homes, teamed up to deliver a day packed with practical skills, shared best practice, and leadership development for our current and future senior staff. It was all about building confidence, consistency, and stronger connections across our teams — because when our people grow, so does the quality of care we deliver.
